Order Tracker.
From your inbox.

Keep your purchases, shipping updates, and original emails in one place. Follow your packages and get Discord alerts for new orders, cancellations, and shipment activity.

Create a parser
in about 1 minute.

No parser code to write. Start with emails you already have. AI builds reusable rules and checks the results against your examples.

Select the emails
you want to parse.

Select examples from the same store. Include purchase confirmations, shipping updates, and cancellations for the email types you want to support.

AI creates the rules.
Then checks its work.

Products, quantities, prices, taxes, and tracking details. The generated parser is validated against your examples before it enters the library.

Create it once.
Everyone can use it.

Once validated, your parser joins the shared library. Everyone can use it to import orders from that store. Only the email types covered by the examples are supported.

Let the orders come in.

Authorize Gmail through Google OAuth. Enable automatic sync to import supported order emails and their updates.

Your password stays with Google.

Sign in on Google’s page, without entering your Google password in Compiling.

Your history comes with you.

Choose a date to import past orders. Open the original email from each imported order.

Google verification is pending. Connecting Gmail is optional and uses read-only access. Other supported inboxes can use an IMAP app password.

Sales tax records.
Across Canada.

Record GST, HST, PST, RST, and QST with your purchases and sales. Keep the amounts charged on receipts alongside purchase costs, business expenses, and the source email.

GST / HST

Record the GST or HST charged on the receipt. HST-only amounts stay classified as HST.

PST / RST

Keep provincial sales taxes in view, including BC and Saskatchewan PST and Manitoba RST.

QST

Record QST separately where the receipt provides it, alongside any GST charged.

Keep the tracking.
Leave it out of the books.

Mark a whole order as personal. Its email and shipment history stay available, while it’s excluded from business inventory, tax reports, and financial totals.

How does AI parser creation work?

Choose example emails from a store. AI builds reusable rules for extracting order details and checks them against those examples. Allow about a minute for creation; complex layouts or validation fixes can take longer. Only the email types covered by your examples are supported.

How does Google OAuth order tracking work?

Approve email access in Google’s sign-in window, then enable automatic sync in Compiling. Supported order emails are imported into your order records. Your Google password is entered with Google, not in Compiling. Other supported inboxes can use an IMAP app password.

Which Canadian sales taxes does Compiling support?

GST, HST, QST, BC PST, Saskatchewan PST, and Manitoba RST. Receipt parsing records the tax amounts charged, with classification settings for each parser. Sales tax settings include the applicable provincial accounts. Personal orders stay outside business tax reports.

Which stores can I import from?

Compiling uses a library of store parsers. If a store isn’t supported, select example emails to create a parser with AI. The parser is checked against those examples before publishing. Unmatched emails stay available for review.

Can I change how an email is parsed?

Administrators can add instructions when regenerating a parser and adjust its tax, currency, and product-image settings. When creating a parser, provide examples for the email types you want to support, such as purchases, shipping updates, and cancellations.

Will importing old orders send notifications?

No. Historical imports don’t send Discord alerts. Notifications cover new orders, cancellations, and new shipment activity.

Can I track personal orders and sales?

Yes. Personal orders keep their shipment history without affecting business totals. For sales, add multiple tracking numbers and follow each package’s delivery progress.

About Compiling.

Compiling brings your order emails, shipments, inventory, sales, and expenses into one workspace. Review what was imported, keep personal purchases separate, and save the records behind each transaction.
