Stopping notifications, disconnecting email and deleting your account are different actions. Choose the action that matches what you want removed.

Free beta access
There is no paid subscription to cancel during the free beta. No card is required and expiry does not create a charge. You can stop using the service at any time. If an expiry is shown in your account, it affects access rather than automatically deleting your records.
Stop a connection or notification
- Stop inbox access: disconnect the inbox in Accounts and, if desired, revoke authorization with the email provider. Previously imported records and selected parser examples remain until removed or deleted through a request.
- Stop Discord alerts: disable events or remove the webhook in Settings → Notifications. Pending messages are cleared when notifications are disabled; already sent messages and messages already handed to Discord cannot be recalled.
- Sign out: this ends the browser session. It does not delete data or necessarily stop background syncing, tracking or enabled notifications.
Keep the records you need
Use available exports before deleting records or ending access. Contact us if you need help obtaining information held in your account. Keep invoices, receipts and records you must retain independently. Downloaded exports and shared success-card images are copies under your control; deleting the workspace will not remove copies you have shared elsewhere.
Request account or information deletion
Email contact@compiling.app from your account address and state whether you want the whole account removed, a particular business, imported emails or specific saved parser examples deleted. We may verify ownership and clarify the scope. Do not include passwords, webhook secrets or an entire mailbox. We will explain completion and any information that must remain for a legal, security or dispute-related reason.
Deleting a business in the app removes that business’s workspace records according to the confirmation shown; it does not necessarily close your account or remove separately retained parser history. Ask explicitly about saved examples if those should also be removed.
Backups and other services
Existing backups may retain copies until replaced or removed. They are not used as an active workspace. Discord, your email provider and other integrations control copies they hold. Remove messages or revoke access there as appropriate. The Privacy policy explains retention and your rights. Future paid services would present their own pricing and cancellation terms before you agree.
Contact contact@compiling.app. Please do not send passwords or full mailbox contents.
