Activity in the workspace
The notification menu shows recent saved order and shipment activity. It does not turn on external messages.
Connect a Discord channel
Open Settings → Notifications in the intended business. Add a webhook for a channel you control, choose events, enable notifications and save. Order details, amounts, product images, tracking numbers and scan details may be visible to everyone with access to that channel.
Test and stop messages
Send test checks the saved webhook when you request it, even if automatic alerts are disabled. Disable notifications or remove the webhook to stop future alerts and clear pending messages. Messages already handed to Discord cannot be recalled; manage existing posts in Discord.
What to expect
Initial imports and historical updates establish a silent baseline. New matching events can send an alert while you are signed out. Provider delays or retries can cause late, missing or duplicate messages. Check the workspace or carrier for the latest record.
