Choose useful examples
Open Add parsing and choose emails from one store. Include the types you want to import: purchase confirmations, shipment updates, and cancellations. A purchase email alone does not demonstrate every possible format.
Review what you share
Parser creation sends the selected examples and instructions to the configured AI provider. Those examples can also be reviewed by Compiling to diagnose and repair the parser. Ordinary imports using an existing parser do not send each message to AI.
Generate and check
AI creates reusable extraction rules and tests them against the selected examples. Check the extracted order number, products, quantities, amounts, currency, taxes, and tracking details.
If a draft needs a correction
A failed draft means a rule or example still needs attention; it does not mean your original email is lost. Provide the missing format or explain the correction. For example, specify that QST / TVQ is not charged for the relevant format rather than inventing a tax amount.
What becomes shared
Published parser rules can be used by other customers. Your saved example messages are kept in the private parser library and are not shared with other customers. See the privacy policy.
