Switch between active and all shipments. Search by shipment and use the purchase, sale, or delivery-status filters to narrow the list.
Use the map
The map is a secondary view of the latest known carrier scans. Locations are approximate and depend on the carrier data available. A package with no usable location can still appear in the list. The map remains available when there are no shipments.
Read the journey
Open a shipment or its order to see saved updates and the tracking number. Carrier updates describe the last reported scan, not a live GPS location. A refresh may return the same status if the carrier has no newer event.
Set a status yourself
Use the status control in the order’s properties to set a manual status. Your choice stays in place until you switch back to automatic updates.
A carrier cannot be reached
The last confirmed shipment information remains visible. Use the carrier link to check its own tracking page, then try refreshing again later.
